At Running Horse Wines, we take pride in our exquisite selection of white wines, each crafted to showcase the unique terroir of the Hunter Valley.

Our Chardonnay is a classic expression of this noble varietal, with hand-picked, shaded, and dark bunches ensuring a rich flavor profile. With plenty of well-incorporated new French Oak, this wine presents a palate of zesty lime and pineapple, remaining “tight” as malolactic fermentation was avoided, allowing it to age gracefully for over 10 years.

Our Semillon boasts a classic Hunter bouquet of lemons and lime, with a lemon sherbet palate and undercurrents of fine mineral water. As it matures, it develops honeysuckle characters, promising to age beautifully for over a decade. T

he Verdelho is a classic low-cropped varietal, fermented dry for longevity. With a tropical bouquet and a palate of guava and pineapple, it features a soft mineral character and evolving honeysuckle flavors from careful cellaring.
